Research interests of the NCSA CSM Group range from deterministic and stochastic linear and nonlinear viscoelasticity, probabilistic failure criteria and analysis, fracture and low impact behavior of composite materials to linear and nonlinear finite and boundary element methods, and distributed and shared memory parallel computing.
